I hate this 711 due to the fact that they have the rudest people,they dont value your business. If you are having a great morning DO NOT STOP AT THIS 711..it will ruin your morning with their unproffesionalism, sarcasm and mad at world faces. ESPECIALLY an employee by the name of Chaw. 0 stars

Man working had a mouth like a sailor he was cruising like I don't know what.. Talking about the owner wanting him to clean the floors and he was not doing that SH!! For it to look good for a hour fuc$ that... I will never go back that was ridiculous.

Can't understand any of there poor reviews I'm visiting from UK and I am staying close to this 711 and a more helpful bunch of staff I have never met they have went above and beyond to help me out. Message to staff keep on doing what your doing because in my opinion it's a great job

My family and I go to this 711 location around 4-5 times a week! Everyone who works there is extremely kind to my whole family. They know us all and even ask how everyone is doing. No matter how busy this store can be at times the workers are always efficient and nice! Never had an issue and will continue to use this 711 always!

Owner or manager very rude.Issues with attitudeNever coming again to this 7 eleven.Save yourself a bad time, and just go to a better one.

Unpleasant treatment. He at the checkout made a mistake but accused me of it. Wasn't someone I wanted to start saying so I did as he said. When I get out of the car I see how he and his colleague are laughing. So I got a commodity I didn't want because of his own mistakes. I bid on it but will choose another place next time I shop.

7-ELEVEN is the greatest place in the world.

The place is nice and clean... The big black girl was listening to her music jamming stocking the shelves... No empty spots on any shelves. The spanish cashier was nice...

One of the nicest gas stations I've ever been in. However whoever runs this store needs to go undercover as a customer and see how terrible the employees are. Like we stayed at the hotel and went to the gas station four times and there were two times where there wasn't a single word spoken to us by the cashier's. These guys must hate their jobs.

I've been in this 7-Eleven a few times. Each and every time the little man with the glasses who seems to be the owner is a little bit crazy. I recommend if you can, go somewhere else. This guy is completely unbalanced.

The cashier at the register is awful. Grouchy. Never smiles. No manners. Doesnt belong working with the public

Excellent customer service. The gentleman working behind the counter in the morning (I assume he is the owner) is extremely friendly. I had a nice conversation with him both times I stopped by to pick up a few things. The place was clean and had everything a standard 7-Eleven would carry, including fresh fruit!

I was staying near the service station and used to fuel my car for several days, but on the last day I completed the fuel tank to return the car, there was a double charge on my credit card far above what I had actually used, about $ 93 97. However, I only checked my card statement when I was about to board the flight. I am trying to contact by various means, without success.

I will have to say one of the cleanest and nicest 7-11 I've ever been to im on vacation With my family from oregon and this is hands down is the best one I've ever been to!

I give this store no stars, I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Upon entering I stood at the register a good minute before I had to say something for the two people that stood behind the register to acknowledge me. Then the shorter man with glasses proceeds to speak to me with attitude as I'm asking him to get what I wanted. He then asks for ID which I try to show him as he's attempting to snatch it out my hand?!?? At that point I tell him I'm going to start recording. I'll be sending those videos to BBB along with a detailed statement on his unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service skills. I'm sure they will have an opinion on its content ranging from not carding customers on tobacco purchases, to the uncleanliness of the site, given its location. Chaw, David, Little Man With Glasses , if you knew better you'd do better.

Worker does not know what he is doing. Asked to add money to paypal account and he told me 7 eleven doesn't accept paypal transactions add funds and if he scans my paypal app barcode it would be declined in the system which is false. So I went to the one 2 miles down the street and they said they do accept paypal all 7 elevens accept paypal cash app and he completed my transaction with no problems.

At this 7/11 they are having issues charging people for extra gas. My husband went today and spent $29.55 $20 went to gas 9.55 went to cigarettes and something to drink. By the time my husband went to go put the gas it had been cancelled so he went back Inside to let them know. They guy says no it’s good now. He actually went ahead and charged my card again for $20 gas. Not only has this happened to us but we have heard other people complain about the same issues. They are doing something here. I will not be going back there. I rather drive a few mins down the road and go to WAWA.

On our last gas station we stopped at, we were . Only able to purchase the most expensive gas, and judging by our last experience, I would say this a BIG step up, but the thing that really bothered me was that we had to prepay at the desk up front, we never got the receipt, and the car would not take the gas at first. The only reason I'm giving this a 3 star is because our last 711 only let us purchase the expensive gas, and this was a step up, as you can see above.
